Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Sugess account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the item back into its original Sugess presentation box, ensuring all protective films, tags, and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return for authenticity and condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
